When we work with our clients we maintain a basic set of information, i.e. Name, company name, contact and invoicing addresses, email addresses, telephone number and details of the services that you engage with us.

Client Communications Data
As a company that provides communication services we often process data relating to individuals that have consented to receiving information on goods or services that are of potential interest to them. The personal data that we process includes names, addresses, email addresses, profiles and preferences in relation to the goods or services that are of interest and purchase histories.

Job Applicants
The data we process from job applicants includes name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, career history, references and other details that may be included in CVs. We will only process health related data if this data is provided to us by a job applicant.

    Clients Communications Data This data is deleted following the fulfilment of the contractual obligations that Mint Creative holds with our clients. We rely on a the informed consent of the data subject for the processing of this data Data subjects have the right to unsubscribe at any time using options available to them via the emails they receive and the communication preferences available within their personal online accounts (where applicable).
    Job Applicants Data This data is retained for a period of 12 months following the conclusion of the job selection process to which the applicant applied. We rely on a legitimate business interest to process this data to support the job selection process and any subsequent reviews of management decisions taken during a job selection process.
